By simply eating the right kinds of food, you will begin to have sustained energy throughout the day, and you’ll start to just feel a little better in general. Making good food choices consistently over time can do more for your health than engaging in extreme dieting and other health fads.

Generally, extreme diets aren’t healthy. Have you ever heard the phrase “moderation in all things?” Well, when it comes to dieting, you will want to avoid diets that promote extreme eating habits. For instance, some diets don’t allow you to consume any fat at all. Even though a person’s goal may be to lose fat, eliminating ALL fat from your diet simply isn’t healthy.
